MH17: "There is Power That Protects Us" - Barry Sim I A senior Scotland with his wife and son survived the crash of flight MH17 after failing to get a ticket to board the aircraft, according to The Telegraph.

Barry Sim, an oil company employee, was supposed to take the ill-fated aircraft. He, however, had to change the flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur after no tickets for his wife and children.

They are very loyal pleaded with Malaysia Airlines and often fly with the national carrier then select the airline boarding Netherlands, KLM despite Barry's wife claimed that her husband does not like flying with KLM.

Asked his reaction to the crash, Sim said: "Feeling nervous stomach. Heart palpitations."

His wife, Izzy SIMM said "there is power to protect us and like saying 'do not go up the flight."
